Role	Dot Net Developer
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 3+ years of experience in Dot NET Programming • 3+ years of experience in SQL Server • Advanced SQL coding skills. Should be able to write Stored Procedures, trigggers and establish connection with web applications • 2+ years of experience in Biztalk server. • Experience on creating, working with SSIS packages and design SRS Reports • Technical team management experience including offshore team members • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Hands on development in BI reporting and Performance tuning
Roles and responsibility	ü Responsible for providing L2 and L3 support to the users ü  Respond to user queries and resolve application issues promptly and proactively ü Interact with the users to capture the requirements for enhancements and analyze the same. ü Work with the offshore application support teams ü Evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies, features, and products ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks ü Good written and oral communication ü Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions ü SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Work with end users to extend L2 and L3 support for the applications beings used by them. Should be able to gather requirements for new enhancements.
