Job Title     :  Java Developer With E-Commerce
Location     :  Boca Raton, FL
Duration     :  6 + Months contract 

 

MUST HAVES:
E-commerce and/or software product development experience
Java, JEE, Object-oriented design principles, EJB, JSP, Struts, AJAX, CSS and HTML
Working experience with Websphere Application Server/Web Logic
Working knowledge/hand on experience with javascript APIs
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with Spring MVC and Hibernate
In –memory and external caching frameworks

 

PLUSSES:
Google Checkout, PayPal
Endeca or lucene search experience
*Candidate must have strong e-Commerce and Software Product Development Experience, overall 7-10 years' experience in application development J2EE*

 

Responsibilities:
will work with a team of developers and business analysts to ensure quality and timely project completion
must have the ability to understand and capture business/technical requirements and translate them into functional and design elements
will maintain and enhance e-commerce sites as per requirements
must have the ability to think out of the box and design concrete, robust and scalable solutions
Five or more years of E-commerce and/or software product development experience
Three or more years of experience with Java, JEE, Object-oriented design principles, EJB, JSP, Struts, AJAX, CSS and HTML
Working experience with Websphere Application Server/Web Logic
experience working with implementing third party e-commerce services including but not limited to: Payment Methods (Paypal, Google Checkout), Product Reviews, e-commerce analytics (Coremetrics, Google Analytics), SEO/SEM, on-site search solutions (Endeca, Lucene, Google)
experience working with Microsoft SQL server
