Major Purpose of Job:    

This is a senior level position that provides expert support for the   IP data networks throughout the company. The work involves designing and optimizing networks to provide reliable service with minimal cost.  The candidate should have a CISCO certification such as CCNP

The current projects include:

·         Time Warner WAN Implementation

·         Wireless Upgrade/Implementation

·         Cisco Network Equipment Configuration Standardization

·         Internet Access Redesign

·         InCity WAN upgrade 

·         The purpose of this job is to support the current network engineers in implementing these projects

·         Essential Job Functions:  In Depth experience configuring, managing and troubleshooting CISCO :

·         Switches and routers

·         VoIP networks and equipment

·         Routing; BGP, EIGRP

·         Wireless networks
