Washington DC
Long Term Contract

Security Clearance: Secret (interim-Secret, at a minimum)
 
Software Patch Management Lead
 
Key Role:
•         Review and identify software versions for all the production applications and databases.
•         Create application and database software inventory including production versions and the latest version available from the software vendor(s).
•         Review and analyze the Critical Patch Update Advisories, Security Alerts/Bulletin available from our software vendors.
•         Develop and publish policy and procedural guidance on patch management. Ensure that all Team members, especially System Stakeholders, System Administrators, Network Administrators and Information Systems Security Personnel, are made aware of this patch management policy and procedures.
•         Review the software vendor website(s) and patch notifications to identify patch availability.
•         Work with the application owners, administrators, developers for impact analysis of the identified patch(es).
•         Responsible for the planning, building, testing and deploying the patches to all the non-production and production systems.
 
Qualifications:
Required
5 years experience of  Application Lifecycle  management  with following   Technologies/Software(s)
o             Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Oracle databases
o             Oracle Enterprise Manager
o             Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools
o             Oracle PeopleSoft Applications (HCM)
o             Microsoft SQL Server
o             IIS/ ASP/.NET Applications
o             eOPF
o             Informatica
o             BizTalk
o             Business Objects
o             ColdFusion
o             Apache TomCat
