•           At least part of one Siebel Call Center Implementation
•           Experience with Siebel Financial Services vertical version 8.1
•           Contact/Case Management Project Experience
•           Financial Services and Investment Banking/Retail
•           Experience in Mercury and Clarity.
Excellent Communication and Documentation skills

Desired:-
6-8+ Years of IT experience.
•           Good communication and presentation skills
•           Excellent Analytical skills
