Technical Lead skill set desired: FileNet platform experience – P8,CM and PE – configuration and API knowledgeable JAVA – design/development experienced – code level DOJO – a big plus IBM ECM Widgets – experience in the integration development points – code level BPM – IBM Case Manager a big plus. The key is FileNet and ECM Widget hands-on experience-depth. The roles is not to code, but have enough technical depth and experience to advise and guide on-site and off-shore teams in the development activity.
