Required Skills:

Oracle 11g, backup and recovery using RMAN scripting. 
Oracle Grid Control 12c setup and administration. 
Helping developers in PLSQL and SQL Development. 
Performance analysis and tuning. 
Very good in shell scripting using Redhat Linux 6.x for automating the administration processes. 
Willing for oncall support. 
Installation of new version of Oracle database, Upgradtion planning and execution, Patching of various patches.
Oracle Certification is a BIG Plus.
