Ensure that overall application designs remain within project scope.
Work with customer business units to understand their business processes.
Work with customer business units and clients to identify direction of software.
Ensure business requirements are supported by the software.
Liaison between customer business units and the technical team.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analyze, define, and document how the applications will support functional and business requirements. Coordinate these efforts with technical team/product specialists/programmers.
Understand supporting/interfacing system applications.
Understand prioiritizing work based on business needs requests, software releases for work affecting the application.
Manage the accomplishment of delivery metrics, Service Level Agreements and other contractual obligations within areas of responsibility.
Sponsor coordination of the required skills, training, methodologies, and processes to ensure the success of the team/project/program goals.
Coordinate and conduct project review meetings with Group Team Lead..
Monitor and measure maintenance and development process effectiveness.
Communicate clearly the program/application goals, operational and organizational philosophies, and policies and procedures to the technical team.
Communicate to team members their relationships between their work and assignments and the organizational and/or program objectives.

Must submit writing sample during interview.
Prior Business Requirements analysis and gathering Required 10 Years  
Prior experience with FORMAL Object Oriented Methodogies Required 5 Years  
Facilitate and document meetings with users Required 5 Years
Use case design, statements of scope, requirements modeling Required 3 Years  
Prior experience developing training plans Required 3 Years  
Visio 2007 and above Required 1 Years  
User acceptance testing as a business analyst Required 2 Years  
Provide post implementation support to business Highly desired 2 Years  
Experience defining health/emergency preparedenss reqts Highly desired 3 Years  
Very strong written and verbal communications skills Required
