Position: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 11 Months Contract

Job Requirements
· Very Strong communication skills
· Experience managing development/customization/implementation of Projects for Salesforce.com
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
· Work directly with business
· Manage Project Plans, track and report Project status to senior leadership and business leaders
· Manage /Influence team in a fast paced work environment of resources from client and other vendor teams
· Experience managing projects involving global teams
· Experience with Agile methodologies
Targeted Skills & Competencies
Senior Project Manager with extensive project management experience managing CRM projects and 5 years' experience managing Salesforce CRM projects. At least 8 years' experience as a PM in a development or implementation role CRM applications. PMP certification a plus. Experience in managing customer facing applications. Worked as project manager for medium to large corporations in CRM, Web software development initiatives. Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Excellent project management and time management skills. Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Expected Responsibilities
Project Manager that will manage Salesforce projects including Project Plan, Tasks, SCRUM, Schedule, Budget and Weekly and Monthly Status Reports. Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the project including Envision, Design, Development, Testing, UAT and Deployment. Stakeholder management and communication including regular status reporting and SDLC updates.
Tasks and Responsibilities
PM is responsible for project planning, coordination, communication and control and ensuring that business objectives are satisfied and project is delivered on scope, quality, budget and schedule. PM tasks include Project Plan, Task Management, Status reporting, SDLC decks for management and daily SCRUM. High level of expertise required in Salesforce features and functionality.
Suggested Experience & Qualifications
5 years experience with Salesforce is a must. 8 years experience as a PM in a development or implementation role CRM applications. PMP certification a plus. Experience in managing customer facing applications. Worked as project manager for medium to large corporations in CRM, Web software development initiatives. Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Excellent project management and time management skills. Strong proficiency with Project Plan, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio. Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong written communication skills.
