Required/Desired Skills:

·     · Strong Active Directory Migration experience (i.e. setup & works, SID history, etc.)

·     · Strong Group Policy Experience (i.e. implementation, ins/outs of Security filtering, WMI filtering, delegation, Inheritance & Blocking loop back processing, backing infrastructure in terms of SYSVOL & Templates, etc).

·     · Strong Communication skills

·     · Ability to work in a team enviornment

·     · Strong Technical Documentation (i.e. skills needed to help in finishing up migration)

·     · Work on continuous improvement of processes and systems related to IT (example: initially used Government Control Guidelines using the security compliance manager tool that MS put out to build out baselines, suggestions/experience/improvement in this area would be a plus).

·     · Advanced level troubleshooting of system problems and system support

·     · IT Asset Management Experience Desired

·     · System Center Configuration Manager experience is a plus for future projects

·     · Knowledge/Experience with Wake-on-LAN (WOL) – Plus for this role

Education/Certifications: 

MCTS for Windows 7 or MCITP Enterprise Desktop Administrator on windows 7 or Similar MCITP Windows 2008 R2 Server Administrator – certifications in these areas are a plus
