Duration:           12+ months

Interview:         Telephonic followed by In-person

 

Job Description:

 

Under direction of the Quality Assurance Department, the QA Lead will manage the overall testing services for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program as defined by the central QA process owner.  The QA Lead is responsible for the test approach, managing test specialists, determining testing environments, and utilizing the defined defect resolution process flow.  The QA Lead will work with the central Quality Assurance process owner as needed to provide data for continuous service improvement

Essential Duties & Qualifications

  • Create test plans, data, procedures, and manual and/or automated scripts.
  • Participate in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs.
  • Ensure proper test coverage exists based on requirements and design specifications.
  • Recommend strategies and methods to improve test plans and process.
  • Coordinate test schedules, work and resource plans; manages progress of all test activities against plan.
  • Establish testing entrance and exit criteria.
  • Identify and manage critical path of testing
  • Ensure execution of project regression testing tasks.
  • Analyze and report overall test status and results.
  • Identify test issues and reports to Manager, PM, and Business.
  • Define regression tests for future projects.
  • Perform risk analysis at project management level.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules
  • Maintain status of project and monitor activities of team members.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with 2+ years in a Lead Role
  • 2+ years of experience with HP Quality Center creating test Plans, Test Cases, Test Labs and Dashboard modules
  • Any information Security or Identity and Access Management exp is a plus
  • Any SailPoint experience is a HUGE PLUS and will generate an immediate interview !!
