Siebel Analyst
Location : Austin TX
Duration : 6+Months
Experience working on projects for client implementations or internal/back office functions related to electronic payment card transaction/processing and authorizations projects
Specific experience related to electronic benefits/high volume transaction processing solutions such as SNAP/eWIC/eChildCare and/or banking applications/ACH and funds transfer is highly
preferred
Experience with RUP, Agile and full SDLC methodologies
Proficient with UML, Activity, ER or other Diagrams and ability to perform Data Analysis with developers and architects
Flexible and adaptable mindset and approach to problems, with experience working in an iterative/agile environment
Ability to work under tight time schedules to deliver quality work, and has worked in a date-drive environment
Experience leading and driving success of a team of up to 2 BAs, from initiation through analysis and approvals, manage and mitigate requirements risks
Ability to meet tight timelines, work in fast paced environment and manage changing priorities
Driven and self-motivated; learns new technology and domains quickly
Strong Oral and Written communication skills and strong working knowledge of MS Office
Good listening skills; Seeks to Understand and then be Understood
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Federal, State or Local Government contracts, RFPs/Proposals and/or SOW
Treasury Financial Services Experience; work with FRB/FMS
Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard, or ISO 8583 financial messaging standards
Pre-Sales Engineer/Consulting or Product BA experience with enterprise software solutions
Supporting Product Managers regarding Scope Analysis, Solution Discovery/Definition, Roadmap Prioritization & Impact Analysis for specified new features/functionality with technical
and/or client teams as needed
PMP Certified or Project Mgmt Experience
Education and Typical Years Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering or related field
MBA/Advanced Degree a plus
experience planning, managing, executing and accountable for all requirements related functions of projects from Inception through UAT with enterprise software solutions/services and/or
B2B products as a Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst/Engineer, Functional Designer/Analyst or Consultant
