Job Title : RPG Developer
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Duration: 7+months contract
Required Skills:
RPG I, RPG II, RPG/ILE, RPG/Free, OS/400 (DB/400)
Responsibilities:
Member of 12 person Development team performing enhancing work on AS400 RPG Inventory Management and A/R application.
AS400 RPG experience required
Healthcare client experience a plus
TurningPoint application experience a plus
Utilizes standard methods and tools to improve personal productivity
Organizes own work, building in time for review in order to minimize errors and avoid re-work
Identifies possible causes of an issue and contributes to developing a resolution
Codes modules following the design specifications and standards
Participates in the code review
Creates documentation for code/application
Participates in the unit test planning and process
Prepares precise and comprehensive data for the unit test
Executes the unit test
Identifies and participates in the resolution of code issues detected in the application
Participates in application functional and volume testing
Meets schedule commitments
Completes methodology deliverables
