Job Description:    Sr.  Portal Developer(LifeRay) | Software Development

 

Develops and maintains portal pages utilizing LIFERAY framework for Java Portal & Portlets. Expertise in J2EE technologies - Spring framework, Java Server Faces JSF, Web Services (over HTTP/JMS/AMQP), REST, Jersey, JAXB, XSD/XML. Complete understanding JSR-286 specifications, Portlet Life cycle, Inter-Portlet communication strategies etc.

 

-Design portal pages according to functional requirements -Maintains and updates portal to resolve issues or create enhanced functionality.

-Identifies risks and issues to develop mitigation

- Provides appropriate status communications -Keeps project team and client informed on releases -Actively manages risk and ensures risk mitigation -Produces documentation and deliverables
