·         8 years of BI design and development* experience using Cognos 8 and/or 10 (Report Studio, Metric Studio, Framework Manager, Data Manager and PowerPlay)

·         Proficient in designing framework models, catalogs and creating list reports, freestyle reports, cross-tab reports, sub reports and dashboard reports

·         Experience in performance tuning of reports
