The Job Description is as follows:
Role & Responsibilities
· Lead designer and manager of the Active Directory (AD) architecture in an Enterprise level, multi-user computing system.
· Responsibilities include designing the computing infrastructure, providing technical assistance and consulting to customer organizations and users, developing tools for managing the system and leading a team of AD Engineers in monitoring and managing the AD architecture.
· Implement server DR strategies. Assist in troubleshoot high-profile network performance issues using root-cause analysis and recommends appropriate action.
· Develop policies and standards for allocation and use of computer equipment and resources.
· Ensure data integrity by evaluating, proposing, implementing, and managing software and hardware solutions.
· Recommend, develop and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
· Design, develop, engineer, implement, and maintain solutions for AD requirements.
· Review and analyze network information to determine infrastructure placement.
· Analyze and define AD requirements.
· Responsible for the implementation and development of AD.
· Gather and organize technical information about an organization mission goals and needs, existing products, and ongoing programs in the AD arena.
· Perform risk analysis, which also includes risk assessment. Provide technical engineering functions associated with AD systems, applications, platforms, and various databases technical integration.
· Evaluate fielded information systems certification and accreditation documentation to ensure that they meet customer requirements and develop modifications prior to fielding.
· Provide AD technical solutions to elements on the development of their certification and accreditation packages, communications security, and computer security.
Required Candidate Profile
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Technical Skills Required
Required: Minimum of Five years' experience in the following areas:
1. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
2. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy.
3. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft ISA Server.
5. Working knowledge of Kerberos and Windows Authentication, to include Authentication with other technologies such as Web Filtering, Collaboration, Web Portals, etc.
6. Working knowledge of PKI, digital certifications, & security tokens.
7. Visual Basic, scripting or Visual Basic & Perl scripting experience.
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
9. Working knowledge of Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
