• Expert level understanding of .NET framework and up-to-date knowledge and experience with the latest versions
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Development tools
• Expert in Object Oriented Design
• Expert Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET web forms, C#, Unit Testing
• Experience using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools: SSIS, SSRS, SQL
• Experience documenting process flows using Visio or similar tool
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with OLAP/SSAS
• Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2012
• Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• .NET 4.5
• Mocking frameworks (Moq, Rhino mocks)
• Test Driven development (TDD).
• Entity Frameworks – Lambda expressions, LINQ.
