·         Resources responsible for the technical execution of the work, adhering to development standards, and development activities according to the functional spec requirements. Ability to work with Offshore teams, Work on problem management and be the technical SME

 

·         Primary Skills/Must Have: 5 Scale

·         SQL (5/5); hands on in coding, Tech spec prep, design and reviewing code ; .NET (3/5) , Silverlight, HTML 5
