6+yrs Exp - Java\J2EE Developer with skills primarily on Spring (WEB, AOP, ORM, DAO) ,Struts 1.3,Webservices ,Scripting Languages like Ajax & JavaScript. Experience in Onshore-Offshore model will be suitable 

Desirable Technical /Functional Skills

Experience in Hibernate & XML Parsers.
Experience in Retail Banking Industry (Brokerage) will be appreciated
