Direct Client Position

The client is in need of a technical resource to perform modest configuration changes to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Tool. This tool will be used to allow the help desk to manage incoming calls specific to client policy issues. Client will have three distinct Dynamics presence (they currently have 1). Configure Microsoft Dynamics per the detailed requirements. • Implementation • Data Conversion • Data Migration • Configuration • Customization (COTS) • Interfaces/Integration • Testing • Training • End user • Web training • Documentation • Maintenance and Support • Help Desk • Technical Support • Knowledge Transfer/Transition • Other  

Skills Required    Software Engineer with at least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and has passed a Microsoft CRM Certification Exam for Applications, Installation and Configuration or Customization  

Skills Preferred     
Experience Required    Software Engineer with at least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and has passed a Microsoft CRM Certification Exam for Applications, Installation and Configuration or Customization  
Experience Preferred
