Position : Sr. Core Java Developer

Location : SFO, CA

Duration : 6 Months

 

Job Description :

 

·         Minimum 10 Yrs. of Core Java Experience

 

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (including Agile) Solid understanding of object-oriented development principles Solid understanding of data structures Solid experience of:

·         Core Java (1.6 preferred) and J2EE

·         Spring (Spring MVC, Remoting)

·         Hibernate

·         Multi-Threaded distributed applications

·         XML

·         Web Services (Soap & Rest)

 

Experience working with relational databases (e.g. Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) incl:

·         Data Modelling

·         Writing complex stored procedures

 

NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:

 

Demonstrated interest in finance, business or accounting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and thoroughness Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and learn quickly Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a team-environment

Nice-to-haves:

·         Developing with JMS & Camel

·         Developing with complex data structures

·         Developing web applications
