Guidewire Consultant (Experience with Java)

PROJECT/POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Multiple Guidewire contract resources are needed to work on an Agile Scrum team responsible for a portion of the integration and configuration development of an acquired insurance agency integration with Navigator (Guidewire Claims Center V6.5) and/or working on an Agile scrum team responsible for the follow-on critical work for personal insurance claims doing the configuration development of priority work (Phase 2). 

 

Multiple positions:  developers could be on the E-Service/mobile, Property, Auto Physical Damage (APD), Bodily Injury, or No –Fault Scrum teams.  1-2 positions are needed for the data conversion team and downstream reporting scrum teams.

 

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Strong expertise with Guidewire Claims Center configuration and integration    

Knowledge of IBM AIX hardware and software (Websphere)    

Informatica  development          

Java and J2EE development       

 

DESIRED SKILLS:               

Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing               

Agile experience             

P&C Insurance experience
