Title:  Dot Net Developer

Duration: 6 months contract                                   

Location:  Charles Town, WV

 

50% remote and 50 % onsite

Need Green Card and Citizens

 

Job Description:

Client is looking for a Software Developer with ASP.Net, MVC 4, C#, WCF for a 6 month contract. Half of the responsibilities can be done remotely and the other half on client site in WV. Expenses will be reimbursed.

 

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED:

  Provide a mid-level contribution to a team responsible for the design, development and implementation of critical business enterprise applications using the .NET Framework 3.x and SQL Server technologies.

  Work with both traditional and Agile software lifecycle methodologies.

  Create design documents when required.

  Perform coding, debugging and testing in VSTS environment.

  Design the integration between proposed development projects and existing systems.

  Work in a collaborative development environment and be able to handle tasks without much mentoring.

 

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Must Haves: ASP.Net, MVC, C#, WCF

  ASP.Net,C#

  SQL (Microsoft SQL Server 2008+)

  TFS

  WCF

  Entity Framework

  Model View Controller 4 for UI work

  Claims

  AD and ADFS

  Forefront

  Agile Methodology

  Ability to look at the bigger solution goals

  Business analysis when given a Business Use Case or Business Issue

  Good communication skills.

  Ability to document processes

Qualifications:

  5+ years of programming experience

  BS in technical or quantitative discipline
