oracle dba with with 11gR1/R2

Hi Associate,

   Please go through the below requirement and let me know if you have any suitable candidate for this.

Position title - Oracle dba

Location - Columbus, OH

Duration - 12+m

 Required Experience:

-8 years experience as a Oracle database administrator out of which at least 2 years on 11gR1/R2.

-5 years of experience as a Oracle database administrator using AIX (version 5.x or higher) operating system environment out of which at least 2 years with 11gR1/R2.

-6 years of experience in setting up/building and configuring Oracle RAC (version 9.x, 10.x, 11gR1/R2) out of which  2 years on 11gR1/R2.

-8 years of experience in using the full functionality of RMAN  backup utility (ex. full back up, incremental back up, cloning, restore/recovery) out of which at least 2 years of experience in using RMAN utility with 11gR1/R2.

-4 years of experience in using/setting up and configuring of physical standby/logical database/data guard

-1 year of experience in Active Data Guard (ADG) and data guard broker out of which at least 6 months of experience in using with 11gR1/R2.

-8 years experience in database performance tuning and application SQL tuning out of which at least 3 years of experience in Oracle RAC environment (version 10g, 11gR1/R2).

-6 years experience is using Oracle ASM out of which at 4 years of experience in RAC environment with version 10g/11gR1, R2.

-7 plus years experience and knowledge in supporting applications system development life cycle.

-7 plus years of experience in performing database upgrade/patches (10g to 11g/R2) out of which 3 years of experience in Oracle 10g or 11g/R2 RAC (primarily in place upgrade/patches updates).

-3 years experience in data modeling and application database design

-3 years experience in writing PL/SQL code.

-6 years experience writing scripts in AIX operating system environment (UNIX /Shell).

-5 years experience working within an AIX 5.x/6.x operating system environment or higher

-1 year of experience in using snapshot cloning technology using XIV storage with Oracle RAC (version 10g/11GR2) based database is preferable.

 

At least  9 years experience in the tools listed below:

o Oracle Enterprise Manager Suite

o Grid Control tool

o TOAD Tool/any other comparable tool

 

-Must be able to use Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office tool suite
