Expertise programming in Object Oriented Languages for the web, developing with COC web frameworks (Convention Over Configuration) & coaching or teaching colleagues.  Experience with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration & dynamic language such as Ruby on Rails, Groovy on Grails or Python with Django is preferable
