Need.. "Performance Test Engineer"

Position: Performance Test Engineer Lead (PES)

Job Code: TBA

Location: Cupertino, CA

 

Requirements:

 Collaborate with dev teams to reproduce, verify, and fix performance issues Reproduce production workload for stress tests

 Create and maintain a performance test suit, which can be used to identify issues in the performance, scalability issues

 Stay on top of the production issues to identify the patterns

Hands on automation lead with strong Python skills

Strong use & in-depth knowledge of Selenium test automation tool

JavaScript knowledge, strong knowledge on test automation framework, customer facing experience

 

Required

2+ years in Performance Engineering role, 1+ years Java Development experience Good understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability fundamentals Capable of scripting in shell/perl/python
Experience with performance test tools

Familiar with Java profiling, garbage collection, JVM options, and monitoring com- mon linux tools

 

Desired

Experience with jprofiler/Yourkit/Dtrace or similar
Experience with jmeter/Loadrunner/Apache Benchmark (ab)/Grinder or similar Experience with dynatrace and Iperf
Troubleshooting Hotspot JVM
Experience in capacity planning activities
