| Job Responsibilities | ü Work with cross-functional teams at customer site ü Create detailed technical design, build solution, and perform unit testing of solution components ü Hands on Knowledge of SOA middleware BPEL, ESB,OSB,AIA 11g ü Lead teams min size 10-15 resources ü Work in GDM model ü Need to perform a Business Analyst role |
| Technical skills required | · Deep technical skills in: Oracle Fusion middleware, Java, web services, etc. · Rapid prototyping experience, particularly with UI · Strong experience in Java, Web Services, service oriented architecture

| Behavioral skills required | · Excellent ability to convince multiple stakeholders · Good communication skills |
| Desirable technical/behavioral skills | · Ability to work on All Oracle Fusion Middleware products including ODI |
