Uhh, Lynne, a House budget proposal is totally contingent on the Senate also
voting on it and then the differences being ironed out in a joint committee
and voted on once more by the house and senate. It is then contingent on
the President signing it and in the event of his veto having enough votes to
overcome that veto. You know that and you know that the Senate has
absolutely refused to bring a single budget bill to the floor so that the
process could unfold. No problem, Obama has often stated that he will veto
anything that is not exactly per his wishes.

He did. Boehner just forgot to yell you. And exactly why did the caucus go
home? If they are so against taxes? Because that's exactly what they are
going to cause.
PS. The power of the purse is granted solely to Congress. So you are once
again blaming the President for something outside his purview.
Your homework for today is to sit down and read the Constitution.
