Job Description:

Qualifications:

·         Mid-level technical experience with enteprise technology environments, which includes security solutions, client/server systems, databases, networking and communication protocols.

·         The individual should also have experience participating or leading projects following a prescribe project lifecycle.

·          The individual will have demonstrated experience with Risk and Compliance process and activiites, specifically as they related to the relationship between risk, business controls, assets, asset owner and control owners.

·         Demostrated experience with one of more compliance frameworks such as; SOX, Customer Privacy, PCI, HIPAA is a must.

·         The individual must be able to work in a highly dynamic team environment under agressive timelines.

·         Demonstrated leadership capabilities and teh ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.

·         Experience with asset management solutions, process and or fundamentals. Examples are SAP, UAPM.

·         Demonstrated ability to understand and work effectively in weak-matrix environments required.

·         Experience in the design, implementation, and operations of the following technologies & processes: IP, Firewall, IPS, Content Filtering, NERC CIP, SOX

Responsibilities

·         Provide system administration function to update assets/owners and link technologies to ensure end to end ownership (Applications, systems, devices, hardware/firmware, databases, information, facilities and personnel).

·         Maintain an identification scheme for asset fields.

·         Assist in conducting attestations and audits of asset ownership.

·         Responsible for asset data imports whic may include manual and or automated data imports.

·         Responsible for managing the integration and or connectors between asset repositories to ensure the accuracy of asset data.

·         Establish and maintain federated relationships with other asset management systems.

·         Works with Asset Owners and Managers to recommend tool enhancements and federation opportunities.

·         Designs and implements relationship mapping of various asset information (.g. contracts to hardware and software assets) Populates the UAPM with descriptions of the attributes and relationships of the Asset items.

·         Functions as an asset lead for collecting and validating asset information and relationships (other assets and controls).
