Role               : Oracle Developer (Trainer)

Location        : Camp Hill, PA

Duration        : 12+ months

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

Proficient at Oracle's User Productivity Kit (UPK) – Must Have:

•             Prior experience with developing materials for a web-based system using UPK

•             Ability to balance the development of a variety of materials for multiple courses at one time.

•             Quality reviews on content/text/functionality for UPK Simulations/other training materials

 

TRAINING DELIVERY:

•             Experience delivering small group Train the Trainer training (class size around 5 students)

•             Experience delivering large group end-user training (class size around 20 students)

•             Ability to use different UPK outputs during training delivery (simulations, Manuals, etc)

•             Experience using LMS to deliver training

•             Experience using a training enviroment or "sandbox" enviroment during classroom training

 

COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT (DEVELOPMENT/DISTRIBUTION)

•             Management of a Resource Account through MS Outlook 2007 for distributing project communications

•             Creation and maintenance of distribution lists for thousands of e-mail recipients

•             Ability to develop and format newsletter templates

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT/GUIDANCE TO THE CLIENT

•             Excelent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for supporting clients' needs

•             Computer literate and able to provide basic navigational support for less proficient users

•             Ability to support client with questions and issues related to materials covered during training.
