Job Title          :           Business Analyst

Location          :           Beaverton, OR

Duration          :           1Year

 

Provides support Works with systems personnel to implement design. Participates in development of project plan/timeline. Provides input into project mgmt. Communicates project status to mgmt and the business. Provides support and participates in change management at department and end user level.  May create reports and consult on best practice configuration of systems. May configure packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements. Oversees and performs complex testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results.  Communicate and document system changes to the business. Translate system functionality into business relevant language. Leads and participates in SME discussions. participates in SME discussions. 

·      Passion for Web Analytics and Testing

·      Success in designing and leading requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis

·      Adaptability and experience in leading teams to determine appropriate requirements capture and management methods including but not limited to use cases, user stories, customer journeys and storyboards

·      Successfully elicit all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical) from appropriate suppliers

·      Hands on participation and leading cross functional teams of Web Analysts, Operations Analysts and Engineers through small solution delivery projects (4-6 people over a few weeks)

·      Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile solution delivery environment

·      Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

·      Dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes

·      Experience in Lean process improvement efforts

·      A consultancy approach to your work

·      Commitment to collaborating with architects, engineers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

·      Passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

·      Passion and competency for mentoring, growing and developing the skills of other analysts and team members

In addition to those general role responsibilities, you'll need specific skills and experience including:

·      Strong communication skills required

·      Strong HTML and JavaScript skills required

·      2+ years Web Analytics experience required

·      2+ years A/B/Multivariate Testing experience preferred
