Requesting Change Coordinator for DC4. Assess Request For Changes (RFC) for DC4-Claims.; Collaborate with Claims Business Liaisons to assess business and technical impact of changes to the Claims infrastructure; Collaborate with representatives from other Claims Service Management disciplines (Configuration, Problem, Release, Service Desk, etc.) to assess change impacts ; Collaborate with representatives from other impacted work efforts to assess change impacts; Be available for other areas to help assess their changes and how they impact Claims Services; Manage change record ; Ensure change records remain up-to-date ; Update change records with the appropriate qualifiers to enable metrics to be captured (e.g. planned/unplanned, formal/informal PIR) ; Facilitate ChAT and Pre-CAB meetings; Review Change record and the attached documentation for Change implementation; Facilitate Post Implementation Review (if adverse impact) ; Mentor others on the effective use of the Enterprise Change Management practices and tools ; Ensure Change Agents and others involved with changes are taking the steps necessary to ensure the quality of both the changes and change implementations taking place ; Strong leadership skills ; Ability to navigate the organization ; Good communication skills ; Will need to be comfortable with making decisions with management. Facilitator will need to be comfortable driving meetings that contain management/leadership membership. ; Need at least ITIL Foundations V3 or 2011 certification ; Prior experience executing the Change Management process is strongly desired ; HP Service Manager training is helpful

Assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for the application, including security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. Design individual technology components of the application development, execution, or operations architecture. Work with other designers and the technical architect to make sure that the architecture components interact to fulfill the requirements and meet performance goals. Design and implement quick wins, and evaluate whether the results meet performance goals. Develop application prototype and conduct conference room pilot to evaluate solution options. Confirm the completeness and consistency of the design deliverables. Resolve any inconsistencies discovered. Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other project areas. Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in Verification and Validation Overview to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards. Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
