| # Positions | Description: QA Testers, but we will be bringing on additional testers to support open enrollment and Healthcare reform. The skill set is different then the others we have brought on. We find it difficult to locate people that really have solid experience with the items i have listed out. The testers we need must have experience in the below.
These testers must have a solid understanding of ü Front end manual claims processing in Facets . ü Hands on experience with the subscriber/member application . ü Understanding of member and group Benefits and benefit Matrices . ü Understanding of Service Pays, Service IDs in Facets . ü Understanding of product components in facets . ü In depth understanding of claims processing including provider payment, member responsibility, copays and coinsurance . ü Data Validation experience of member and group benefits. |
