[LST] Dutch teen jailed for killing girl over Facebook post

A Dutch court on Monday jailed a teenager for stabbing a 15 year old girl to death and attempting to kill her father after she allegedly posted derogatory comments on Facebook about an another girl. The boy identified as 15-year-old jing hua k , was jailed for a year and was ordered to spend at least two years in a psychiatric facility to be "TREATED FOR HIS PROBLEMS" after the January 14 murder in Dutch city of arneham.
"The court is in the opinion the defendant de,iberately killed Joyce hau ,known as winsie to her friends ,as well as attempted to murder her father" judges said it in a verdict posted online . Prosecutors told the court the murder happened after hau had a fight on social networking site with her sixteen year old friend identified as polly w and ger seventeen year old boyfriend wesley c.
Jing hua k went to hau's house ,said he had something to give her . When she came to the door he repeatedly stabbed her with a knife and then attacked her father , scaring his face,the court heard . The girl died five years later .
" the defendant dint know winsie personally but he acted on instructions of another's or others" the verdict said . During this case the witness testified that jing was promised $188 if he carried out the murder .
