DW (ETL) Lead position @ Jersy City, NJ

Sr. Tester/ Test Lead:

• ATleast 5 years of IT experience in Quality Assurance for ETL(Informatica Preferred), Backend, Web based, Client/Server applications

• Strong working experience in the Data Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of Data Warehousing using Data Conversions, Data Extraction, Data Transformation and Data Loading (ETL).

• Experiece working with Investment banks and good knowledge of Capital Markets domain

• Participate in the requirement review sessions with Data Analyst

• Create high level ETL & BI test strategy based on projects

• Conduct high level planning and estimation and project plan

• Complete QA environment assessment

• Review and present high level DW Test Strategy to  management

• Align testers per project requirements

• Walkthrough requirements w/ testers

• Review test artifacts (Test scenarios, Test cases, Test scripts) and provide feed back

• Ensure test data set up if done prior to beginning of test execution

• Execute and coordinate testing with offshore

• Coordinate up/downstream testing

• Review Test Cases /Results
  Mentor testers

• Collect & Publish Test Metrics  and reports to management
