Position: Oracle Techno-Functional INV/OM Analyst

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 4 months

 

Job Description:

 

Required Skills:

·         Need an Oracle technical Inventory/OM "trouble shooter" person.  The consultant needs to be 80/20 (or 70/30) Oracle Techno/Functional Analyst. 

·         5+ years in a Tier II or Tier III Production Support environment.  

·         Experience with Standard INV & OM Functionality. 

·         Tasked with performing: Enterprise monitoring, Error Handling, AOTS Remedy or similar Customer Trouble Management Systems, SQL, SQL*Plus, Unix experience is a plus, familiarity with TOAD, writing technical documents including test cases, End to end Issues resolution, Oracle to Open and manage SR (Service Requests).
