6 months contract (Only Local to Kansas )
*Must have done a business transformation process before. Including Business Process Improvement.
*Must be an EXPERT in Visio!
· Strong Visio Skills
· Develop and deliver project scope definition, status reporting, presentations, and other project documentation
· Process flow creation
· Meeting facilitation - able to read and react to diverse communication styles
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Critical/creative thinking
· Able to communicate at all stakeholder levels
· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with the project team
· Plan and schedule timelines and milestones
· Experience working independently and in a collaborative environment
· Highly organized
· Effective at prioritizing and executing tasks within specific time constraints
