Role : Websphere Admin with knowledge of Siteminder need

Location : Pittsburgh,PA

Duration : 6 month

Years of Experience Required : 10+

 

Job Description :

 

Must have Skills

 

3-5 years of experience in Middleware administration (WebSphere & Apache) in big enterprise level environment.

 

·         Experienced in Installation of WebSphere Application server, configuration of internal components in high availability environment.

(Application deployments, configuration of JDBC, Database connection pooling, Webserver integration (iPlanet/Apache), SSL certificate installation/configuration etc, Site Minder & LDAP configuration ,security settings and basic of performance tuning.) 

 

·         Experience in UNIX file system and Process level commands and ability to analyze the CPU/memory utilization of WebSphere processes.

·         Must have a clear understanding of different environments (Dev/QA/Test/ PROD/DR) and should be good in change management process (ITIL certification is preferable).

·         Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams

·         Good Problem analysis and troubleshooting skills

·         Basic Networking, Firewall and Load balancing knowledge.

·         Quick learner and able to/willing to adapt to new technologies and Process.

·         Basic Understanding of MQ, siteminder, Load balancing  (Have knowledge on MQ, Siteminder, Load Balancing)

 

Optional

 

·         Exposure/Knowledge in WebSphere xTreme scale, WebSphere Portal and  

Weblogic application server.

·         Jython Scripting is added advantage.
