Well Colleagues,
The spirits of an unsecure group have visited us again and this time
around in form of Yona Maro with an email address oldmoshi@gmail.com.

You might wish to know that Yona Maro is a legitimate person with an
email address based in Tanzania. A generation of domains world over
comes up with limited information at the end of this posting.

The poor fella's account has definitely been harvested by those
mischief makers busy with spam sending online. This is usually done
without the users consent or express authorisation. Easy targets are
email addresses that do not enhanced security features or passwords
enabling a home-made software to generate details. Now such characters
also generate or harvest googlegroups that are also not secure get the
main email address like ours :

malawi_lawsociety@googlegroups.com

They then create an automated email using the earlier harvested email
(oldmoshi@gmail.com) and start sending automated spam messages like
the ones we have been receiving lately from Yona Maro. Probably he has
no idea his email is being used that way by an automated system. It is
only him when he knows about it that can stop such things by changing
features of his security password such as adding characters like $ % @
& * which makes it difficult or say impossible for automated systems
to harvest them.

For us all we can do is either each one of us to spam this email
oldmoshi in our various email address boxes or ask the administrator
of the mls google- group to remove this Yona Moshi from our group
because as of now he is part and parcel of the membership. Either of
the two will help or else we are stuck with Yona Maro
<oldmoshi@gmail.com> for a long haul .....:-p

.find below the decoding limited details of where he can be found (IP
address etc) when generated by a specialised software I just run.

hope it helps and I have not scared any of my good colleagues, just
enhance your email address features and the same should be done to mls
group ...stop worrying about one Yona Maro and more to come in future
!
