Maximo / Tivoli Service Request Manager Developer
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Merrill, WI
Description:
This position is for a Maximo / Tivoli Service Request Manager Developer. Maximo is a ticketing/change management tool that IBM purchased a couple of years ago. Is now called Tivoli Service Request Manager, but still pretty commonly referred to as Maximo. They need someone for 3-6 months to do Maximo development/framework type work. This work includes developing within the Maximo tool set to create user interfaces and custom workflows.
For example, Client is developing a "Self Service Catalog" for their hiring managers. This catalog will allow hiring manager to request new employees user IDs, hardware (desktops, laptops), etc. This position will not have direct business user interaction but will be expected to interact with the other technical staff. If this person would be interest in joining the Client team on a perm basis, this could be a CTH position as well.
