Job Title: Oracle Analyst/Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 9+ Months
Essential (including minimum exp. required for each skills)
-Minimum 7-8 years prior Information Technology experience required
-Should be able to perform as a lead analyst/deveoper and interact with other developers and work with Clients.
-Should be able to supervise application design and architecture components & functional design activities, application build, test, and deploy activities
-Ability to lead and collaborate with internal / offshore teams and projects.
-Skilled in performing business requirements gathering (to be model - as is model)
-Hands on experience in Oracle 11i and BPEL
-Strong PL/ SQL and TOAD experience
-Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Experience of migration project would be an added advantage
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
-Self learner
-Experience in modeling / configuration tools like Selectica, IBM Sterling, Big machines is a plus.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
