| • Managing escalations and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality resolution of all issues. |

| • Developing and implement strategies for providing proactive support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments. | ||||||||||||

| Technical Abilities: |

| Deep knowledge of SCOM Powershell command let is required |
