Britain has a 2 layer health care system:
Everyone has access thru The National Health Service. Ot has oany problems - mostly that thepatient demand is larger than the service can deliver. Brittons may purchase additional health care from a private insurer. It's not obligatory, you choose the level you want. Many young people are satisified with the level of care they receive in the NHS, mostly because they are not yet old enough to have long term illness..they receive mostly acute care. <K
