Section 245 & 252 A of CP & EC

Colleagues,

 

Does anyone have the Chief Justice Rules on Documentary Evidence in Criminal Proceedings under Section 245 of CP &EC AND Chief Justice Rules on Plea Bargaining under Section 252 of the CP & EC? Or has Chief Justice ever made any rules on either of the subjects?

 

As usual if you have "SHARE" a soft copy or hard copy.
