S65 injunction: Mussa et al

Counsel,

Anyone who acted or is aware of the details of the above matter registered am told in 2007 please share with me. I would appreciate a copy of the alleged injunction that prohibits the speaker to apply section 65 until some judicial review as I gather.

Kindly help as a matter of urgency.
