QA Test Lead
Rate: $40/hr all inclusive W2
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration : 6-8 months
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
Develop test strategies, a test plan and test cases to accelerate the testing and validation the new system has delivered the expected user and system functionality per the approved requirements and design. Test case references will be added to the UCI and RTM.
Support system testing performed by stakeholders and end users in executing test cases and scripts, reviewing results and documenting and tracking all defects through resolution. Support testers interface and work with programmers and other SMEs to identify solutions to correct defects promptly and accurately.
Candidates should have:
- 2 years' experience as Test team lead
- 2 years' experience with HP Quality Center
- 2 years' working experience with Use Case knowledge
- 2 years' experience maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix of Requirements, Use Cases and Test cases
- 2 years' experience with MS Office Suite expertise - Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to have experience: State Government, Department of Transportation Experience
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written are a requirement for this phase of the project.
