SAP HCM – SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant
Contract Length – 6 months, possible extensions
Location – Omaha, NE

Requirements

• BA, BS in Business, or equivalent degree or work experience required
• Knowledge & Experience - 2+ years of work experience delivering SuccessFactor in performance management
• Experience in full life-cycle project/implementation work
• Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks
• Demonstrated analytical skills, works independently with direction from senior team members
• Ability to write client business requirements and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.
• Ability to properly research and problem solve with various stakeholders changes to system or process
• Demonstrated proficient communication skills
• Understanding of project methodology
• Basic domain-specific knowledge including best practices and delivery model desired
• 2+ years performance management systems experience
• SuccessFactors performance management experience preferred
• Experience with various other Talent Management Systems (Taleo, Saba, Cornerstone, etc.) a plus
• Experience with Hybrid delivery instances
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), multiple client systems and internet research
• Knowledge and experience with tools such as; Advanced Query Tool (AQT) or Microsoft Access a plus
