Job Title: HCM Workday Architect

Location: Watsonville, CA

Length: 6-12+ months

Start: ASAP

Interview: phone

Rate: 100/HR + expenses

 

·         Must be US CITIZEN or GREENCARD

·         International Travel will be necessary

·         Must commit to 6+ month project

·         Must have good communication skills both oral and written

·         Must be able to work high level executives and drive client to the best enterprise solution

·         Must be able to lead presentations and demo's remotely and on-site with clients

·         Must understand all technical aspects of Workday including but not limited to, authentication, integration platform and types, security, API's, custom reporting and limitations of each

·         Must be able to perform on site training when requested

·         Must be able to travel 25% minimum both domestic and international

·         Must have understanding of functionality within Workday

·         7+ years technical consulting, system implementation and technical lead experience

·         Understanding of enterprise implementation architecture design

·         Java, xslt, data warehouse, Authentication methods, Human Resources, Big Data Analytics and API experience a plus.

·         Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field of study.

·         Previous experience implementing HCM, Payroll, or Financial solutions or has deep HR, Payroll or Financial experience with a demonstrated aptitude for systems implementation.

·         Experience implementing Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle or similar applications is preferred.

·         Previous consulting experience preferred, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization.

·         Successful completion of the Workday HCM Services Core is a requirement of the role.
