12 Months

 

- Essential elements (technical & otherwise):
- Significant exposure/familiarity with the following platforms:
--- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (8.x and above)
--- Cisco Unity (8.x and above)
--- Cisco Voice Gateways
--- Cisco IP Phones
--- Cisco Routers and Switches

Must possess solid communication skills:
- Build client relations (e.g., establish productive and reciprocal relationships with Internal Teams, Customers, Partners and other stakeholders)
- Professional & concise (written & verbal)

Education/Certification:
- Please fill as applicable
- CCVP // CCNP Voice desired

- CCIE Voice preferred

 

Cisco overall  experience:
-Call Manager, Gateway or IP Phone Customer Support Experience – (5 to 7 years)
-Routing and Switching skills(1-3 year experience) a plus 
- Data Center technologies including Storage Area Networks (SAN), virtualization (VMWare), and Cisco's Unified Computing System (UCS) – Good Understanding
- Network Management Systems – Basic understanding Preferred.
