We are looking for Mid level Build & Release Engineer for one of our client at Torrance, CA. Please let me know your interest.

 

Mid level Build & Release Engineer

Location: Torrance, CA

Length: 6+ Months

Rate: $50/hr

 

The Build and Release Engineer will be part of a team responsible for Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and Administration of client's Enterprise Applications.  This includes custom developed Internet, Business Intelligence and Compensation Systems as well as the Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.x, R12 and Oracle Fusion Middleware.

·         Automation and deployment of Windows/Microsoft/IIS applications

·         Scripting - MSBuild, Powershell, VBScript, Visual Build Pro

·         Development - C# and SQL

·         Source control - TFS Administration

·         Change Management/SDLC

 

Required:

·         2-4+ years' experience in Change Management

·         2+ years' experience supporting applications running on Windows

·         2+ years' experience working with web applications

·         2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, IIS, SQL Server and VB Script

·         Strong understanding and hands on experience working with IIS, web applications and web servers

·         Must have strong hands-on technical knowledge of SDLC and best practices

·         Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to support large scale deployments

·         Experience with Visual BuildPro and Vault or Team Foundation Server (TFS)

·         Experience working with Web Farm Framework, MSBuild, Powershell

·         4 years' experience writing technical documentation
